Unfortunately not, as the 6032i is a series 40 phone and there is no version of the full Opera browser available for series 40 phones. Get hold of Opera Mini 5 beta though, and you'll have a very similar browsing and interface experience (although it can't upload in beta form). The only thing you'll be missing out on are animated gifs and advanced javascripting. * +

Unfortunately opera 5 is unable to work well on nokia 6032i. Opera5 infact is expensive than opera4, application opens and close and so on. * +
