Can anyone tell me if mtn supports 7.2Mbps connection cauz my modem wich supports 7.2 only connect at 3.6Mbps and if they do could it be because theres no coverage for 7.2Mbps in my area? * +

Don't be deceived my friend. 7.2Mbps is what the modem is capable of, your network operator is not going to give that kinda speed. If you're on a GPRS area the modem connection speed will be 54kbps, if you're on a EDGE area the connection speed will be 256kbps, if you're on a 3G area the connection speed will be 3.6mbps. * +

But if you're on a 3.5G area your connection speed will be 7.2Mbps (HSDPA). Note: Your connection speed is not your internet speed. With this kinda speed I bet you'll have difficulties trying to leave your PC. Sites like download.com, symbianize.com load in less than 3 seconds. Utorrent speed will climb up to 210kbps (mine did). I didn't realise there was this kinda internet speed Nigeria, ever since I've despised cyber cafs. Please don't buy these modems if you don't have 3G network in yo * +

Please don't buy these modems if you don't have 3G network in your area. Besides youtube.com will be even more interesting because videos don't load, they just start playing. * +
