@sjm they said exactly the same to me, told me my sims worn out so i should go to an o2 shop to get the sim transfered over to a new one. I just wanted to check with you guys 1st, just proves o2 never admits its a network problem always puts the blame on our sim cards or handsets, thats classed as lying to the customer don't you all agree? Just proves they can't be trusted. * +

Yes i agree. I even took thier advice and went to o2 shop and they themselves told me that customer services always blame customers and never admit that its a network issue ever. I think ive had like 2 honest ppl tell me the network had issues. But at least now i can call them on it * +

I beg 2 differ abt customer services bar none n ive had all 4 major network only thing is because so helplul if im on 3g mode sumtimes cuts out afta 20 min cos my area is a bit 3p speradic * +
