last i read cellphone interconnect fees for telkom/neotel will be first to drop, and they will in turn drop their price of calls to cell numbers. only after that wil cell2cell rates drop. interconnect fees are said to drop by end november. * +

Its Actually dropped by alot more. When you log into your account on vodacom4me you will get twenty free sms's and five free mms's .send five now and check tomorrow that you still have twenty left... * +
