o2 are pants at looking after there customers.. They dont even reply to emails u send them.. Unless u live in london these o2 treats r pants too.. I live in the sticks so why on earth i wanna know wots happenin in the o2 in london.. Come on o2 get ya act together * +

same happened to me was at end of contract an they offered me eff all, switched to orange gotta say very happy wit them an customer service great 2 * +
