Only way i know to lift restriction,is to prove to 3 your over 18 by ringing them,then you have to prove your age with credit, debit card. details ect,to much hassle and the call centre is in india. * +

i just went into a 3 shop and they told me the fair usage limit is 1 gig. They also said you have to wait until the the bolt on finishes before you can add another one. * +
