Ai people that dont know what they are talking about. South Africa does offer BIS service, get a contract from Voda or Mtn with the Blackberry 8520, pay R149ish a month and you have free unlimited browsing on your device and you can set up your personal email aswell. As far as I know you can Download aswell... Only downside, you'll only have EDGE, no 3G. * +
