just bought a virgin s.a. sim.it appears that even if you activate it via star124star1Starnumberhash, it remains locked .i keep getting the -subscriber locked. Message meaning all services except wap is deactivated.since costomer care and all other numbers are bared, Any help would be much appreciated. *
