I've been doing quite a bit of downloading today, got a text saying I've reached the 450MB of data download usage blah blah, if i exceed 500MB, then i'll get charged. Bearing that in mind, i downloaded and carefully watched how much more data i should download, as so not to go over the limit. Checked my balance, 17 odd has been deducted from additional downloads! I did NOT go over by any extra 50MB, i only used around 20MB. I'm fuming. Can I phone them up to see what they have to say? Or a *
