Got this AMAZING external speaker from my usual supplier of phones and goodies, www.mobilefun.co.uk for 20 quid. Less than the size of a golfball with it's own carry pouch, it opens up to make your mobile a true portable boom box. Loud, clear, it plugs in to your 3.5mm headphone jack (only downside is the very short lead), but WELL worth checking out. *

The speaker has it's own internal power supply. A small rechargeable battery which lasts something like 11 hours on a single charge. *
