You can sign IN and read and send emails at that URL, but to sign UP you'll need to access the main Yahoo webpage www.yahoo.com and hit the mail signup button at the top right. You can do this from your phone using Opera Mini - it'll load the Mobile site by default but just scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'desktop' link. * +
