depends on the network im guessing? u can ring your networks customer services n findout what deals n handsets are available * +

Im with t-mobile i rang them and went in store to try and upgrade and they said try after 3 clear payments but i have also heard they only upgrade you after 6 months or 9 months * +

I'm on t mobile and on the sim only deal and i didn't think their upgraded you at all?? Cos your only on a 30day rolling contract..if you find out anymore i'd be interested to know,so inbox me pls. * +

Oh hold on i think i've read that wrong. Are you wanting to go on 12 month contract with handset? If you are then you can do that at anytime....unless you got turned down for contract then i don't know. * +

Another thing is i went to cpw got turned down by o2 but even guy in cpw said try after 3 months cos all networks use equifax 2 credit check and all networks linked up and they would know i was on contract with t-mobile * +
