I think t-mobile have restricted my download speeds because i only get gprs and no 3G now. Hope it comes back eventually otherwise its time to get a new sim. *

I've noticed some problems with tmob as well. sometimes putting your phone off then on again will restore the 3g signal. 3g only recently arrived in my area so if yours is the same they may just be playing about with the signal strength or something *
