I've seen this crop up before and I don't think it's possible weirdly - you'd think there'd be an email addy purely for info for non-members, but there doesn't appear to be. I had a good old search both on site and off and couldn't find any way except via the 'help' pages. If there's a specific point you need to put to them not concerned with user accounts I could ask for you. * +
