When i purchased my contract i got a faulty nokia n96 which they the replaced. they replaced that but when they gave me the replacement the box was opened. the bloke at said that he just checked everything was there etc. i thought nothing of it until i updated the firmware and it ran fine for couple of days then crashed and just turned onto to a blank white screen. i went to the nokia service * +

take it back. You are payin a contract and agree to pay on time etc. Their part of contract is to give you a working fone. Take it back to where you got it. Ask 4 manager then his manager etc or end contract as they havent honoured their side. Thats what i do * +

av made a complaint about the store on t-mobile complaint line hopefully something can be done. i dont want to stay with t-mobile no more just realised the untrustworthyness of this netwrok. since the 5 years with 02 i had no problems at all. i just wishd they could have offered me same contract as t-mobile as i wouldv still been with them * +

u cant label the whole network bad... im not keen on tmobile too but it seems like a dodgy store... boxes can be open for demonstrations to previous customers who then wish not to go for the phone. next time request a sealed box because of this experience u have encountered... sometimes customer service n quality are more important than that cheap bargain deal *
