got a samsung tocca that got wet. The screen lites up an everything. But touch screen wont work. Will it dry out an work or is it dead? * +

Not if the liquid is only on the surface, if it's got underneath it could be. Best thing to do is to take the battery out and leave it in airing cupboard overnight, then check tomorrow - DO NOT use fast-drying methods like hairdryers etc. * +

Well it's no guarantee, but worth trying before you start thinking about replacing the touchscreen which can be quite expensive. * +

it can take a few days to fully work for your standard buttons handset but with it being touchscreen i dunno... have u not got insurance on it? u prob know warranty doesnt cover water damage * +
