I use a 3G phone on tmob uk to connect my pc to the internet. I am able to use walk and web package, GBP2.50, to get unlimited web for 5 days. If I take this phones sim and put it in an unlocked mobile broadband dongle, will I be able to use it in the same way - ie pay 2.50 for 5 days unlimited data, instead of the more expensive mobile broadband the networks offer? * +

yes . . my Mrs gets free net on T Mob and uses T Mob dongle with her sim. * +

yes im doing the same, took my broadband sim out as i can only get 3g signal so not much point in paying 20 a month, put phone sim in and use that * +

But the phone sim still blocks you frm using msn messenger, the broadband sim dont. * +

I use my n73 as a modem to hook up to net on my pc and its been working fine till 2 days ago it now it connects but wont let me use the internet. . . . the 2 monitors icon appears near the date and time area of vista desktop but the yellow triangle of doom pops up as well stating limited or no connection . . . Is this tmob putting the boot into this kind of connection or is it just a local tech prob my end? Anyone else havin probs with this kind of connection? * +
