can any1 help me plz? I need 2 open my sim, i had the security code on and a kid play with the code until it started asking 4 puk and i dnt know the date when the sim was purchased and i dont knw where the paper is, help me plz * +

They will ask you to give the 5 numbers you called using the sim. Once you provide them with that they should reactivate your sim * +
