Well there are thousands of sites, try entering 'mobile wallpapers' as a Google search, or you can try here: http://is.gd/w93r where they're laid out in screen size then category. You can also get thousands of wallpapers right here at Pro - simply go to your main menu, then 'extras/mobile zone/downloads/wallpapers' * +

The ideal thing to get exactly the picture you want is to go to Google Advanced image search, but generally the resulting pics won't be phone-size (they're more usually desktop shape). I'm considering opening a topic where people could request to have a certain pic cropped to their phone size - if this'd be useful for people, shout out.. * +
