when i download a song or video from the internet it always saves it in other files and never works why? * +

It'll help if you state your phone model - it could be that your phone has no default application that recognizes the filetypes you're downloading in which case you'd have to manually associate them with whatever third-party app you have for playing them, but it's impossible to say without knowing your phone model. * +

Well I'm stuck straight away I'm afraid - Google suggests that the handset is manufactured by Sagem, but there's no equivalent model in their range, but it looks like an s40 Nokia.. there are a couple of posts in the 'other phones' forum about the Vodafone 810, so there are other people there with the same phone, so it might be worth posting in there with a topic title like 'Vodafone 810 problem'. * +
