Do you mean you're trying to register your phone/sim with a network provider? If so, a 'difficult' pin (i.e. one that's difficult for others to guess) should consist of both numbers and letters. Make sure you note the combination you do register with, because the ones that are difficult to guess are also difficult to remember.. *
