Yes the opera mini modified versions have those and when u say Windows u really mean multiple tabs right? and look for opera mini 3 mod thats it ok * +

Opera 3 mod, or opera 2.06 mod. D lattr allows ftp, file man, windows, colours as per our wish-al in one! Also multi-dload... * +
