You could be out of luck with regard to a download version, as for any dictionary to be useful it must contain many thousands, if not tens of thousands of words, and this is always going to mean a file much larger than 100kb. There's an easy to use online one here: http://lookwayup.com/free/handheld.htm it's only a small wap page so won't eat much data. *
