i have just got a SE w910i on o2, im using an old genie sim card but i cant receive picture messages, i can send alright but not receive, anyone know what the problem could be? i got new settings from o2 but still not receiving MMS * +

Check ur settings in ur phone, make sure you auto downloads always and ur settings are accept adverts and anonymous then and creation mode is set to unlimited, try that and see if you have any luck * +

I've got the same fone if u go 2 settings then set up wizard then click on2 settings download then click on yes that shud work 4 u * +

make sure they are the payandgo one but really, if your able to send then you should really recieve mate... btw its 1 mega cr*p and unreliable phone your using, known for problems in the industry with software issues. you may have to do a firmware upgrade even. * +

also it might be best if you ring up O2 and see if you can get a 3G sim replacement with same mobile number and talk plan... or look into updating your current sim card with any possible updates, i mean you did say its old, and have you tried other O2 payandgo sims in it to see if they recieve pics? active ones. * +
