I read a lot on here and other sites about how people can't get on with orange cs. A little tip for post pay customers. To get a lot more sense and co-operation, talk to the billing department. They can handle everything that the cs can, AND they are based in the uk, and don't use broken english. Dial 150 from your cell. Then options 1, 2 4. Many a time i've phoned them, and they have always fixed my problems in a heart beat. Customer services, bad times. Billing dept, good times. Lol. *
