hey do u get any trouble with orange, u see i kept ringing to say hey where my unlock code lol week later nothing, then i rang again and they said wait another 7days, then nothing so i ring again and they say sorry wait another 7days, i said come on lol then lady puts me through to higher up guy he said u'll get ur unlock code in 72hours, that went by and nothing lol this not right yea * +

not being funi but these orange people have strange accents lol i wonder if i can trust this anymore. they took my 20pounds 3weeks back and im still waiting. surely it dont take 3weeks for a cr*ppy code. they said 7 to 15 days to start with. its like one big mess up. * +

It can take a while sometimes. Just keep nagging them once a week until you get a result, and if you don't have it within six weeks then demand your credit back. * +

Me personally i buy my fones unlocked it saves the hassle of ringing customers services and end up spending nearly 2 hours on a fone 2 india trying 2 understanding them * +

can i ask what phone model its for? U may have been better off shopping around the unlocking shops... Quicker n cheaper. * +

Yer orange shops r rip offs as i bought a veiwty 4 150 quid a couple of months b4 xmas and now their only 80 quid did'nt like the fone and sold it and went 4 sony ericsson * +

nokia 6500 slide. hey back in the day i used to get better english people answer lol this 6500 slide cant be done in shop or market, they always say a big no. now orange people seem to send details to unlock team then u forever waiting. i really cant be asked ringing orange again, i even emailed but got no reply at all. it seems rubbish, next time they ask for my feedback of service ill say s**t. * +

most shops n markets near to me can unlock 6500 slide easily. * +
