is it me or is it 90percent of the time u ring u get some overseas strange accent people answer lol i duno if it better to ring better duing the day, i dont think orange know what they doing at all. i remember people used to complain with the customer service back 2year ago, seems orange still messing up. i bet if i rang up good old o2 they get u an unlock code on time with no 3weeks delay yea. * +
