Think u'd have 2 pay, u may even have 2 take out new contract and stil have 2 pay the other 1 as well, i think if it was me i'd tell them that u r getting abusive calls, they mayb sympathetic

grab and old phone with an unused/unwanted pay n go sim in it blood make sure its not registered to anyone.. spend a few days keep ringing your number even leave an abusive voicemail to yourself if needs be, so your opperator has a list of all incooming calls on there system, then go to your networks shop in high street and complain about abusive calls, they will check your account and find * +

hundreds of calls from this same number only minutes apart going on for days, they will report this number for blocking and change your number for free... IVE DONE THIS LOADS OF TIMES OVER THE YEARS * +

if u have a samsung phone then no need to change number,u can block up to 10 numbers,thats for calls and texs,thats what ive done on my e250, * +
