Cutie. Ring 150 from your phone. Then options 1, 2, and 4. That will put you through to billing. They will deal with you much better than customer services will. All you have to do is be polite, explain your reason's why, i.e unwanted calls etc, and they will change your number for 7.99 Takes about 48 hours, they send you a letter of confirmation, and your normal contract is un-affected.
