has anyone else got VAT when they top up at all? i put 10pounds on and they gave me 22p extra credit...and my brother put 20pounds on and got 44p extra credit...when did they bring this in? and what for? * +

The goverment cut the vat rate a few weeks ago from 17.5 percent to 15 so each time you top up now you get a little bit extra * +
