Well firstly uploading is not possible on all phones, although most newer models will have the capability. You'll also need an upload-capable browser - for most java based phones the ideal solution is Opera Mini. When you're on a site which accepts uploads you simply click on the 'choose file' or 'select' box and Mini will open your phones internal files system allowing you to browse to the file * +
