Hi, can anyone help, i can upload any file from my phone using opera 4.2 except jar files, help needed for what the reason is and if there is anyway around it. Thank you in advance

Im on t-mobile, every other file is fine, but when i want to upload jar files it reads my memory card and shows the games folder as empty 
its driving me bonkers lol * +

You CAN'T actually upload java with Mini, I noticed this too - slightly weird as you can up java with just about anything else.. (dont_know). Your only solution if you have to use Mini for uploads would be to zip the jar file first if you have that capability. * +

I think its a certificate problem. I.e. The files are copyrighted. Must be a way around this, il try the zip file way, thanks * +

It may also be worth trying the UCWeb java app, apparently you can upload with that, but I can't personally verify this as I've only used the .sis and .cab versions, but if you want to give it a go use your DEFAULT browser and go here: http://wap.ucweb.com * +
