I think your phone need to be refresh, just cleare the cache, clear histories- so that your browser will get refresh. * +

That's a good point above - but the reinstalling problem is most common when you use any other method than 'exit' to close Mini (for example the 'end call' key on your phone) always close Mini by using 'Exit' from Minis own menu and you shouldn't have the problem. This mainly affects Samsung phones, but some other models experience it too. * +
