ive made sure i can accept o2s mailin msgs n topped up but still not recieved my topup surprise.it says if u dont recieve it to ring 2202 but that just explains the promotion.any1 know how to get it? * +

. But seriously - I haven't topped up yet, but my text from them said that when you top up 'we'll text you a code to go online and get a surprise' - do you receive text notifications when you top up? Perhaps the code is in that message? Let's hope it's not like the Orange top-up surprise where your credit disappears the following day... * +

Well i topped up my 15 and got my code in a seperate text about fifteen mins after topping up.tho my sister had the same problem as you.you pick a duck and can pick a second so you have a choice of which prize if you happen to get a wap based one.tho i got the choice of 50 landline mins or...50 landline mins lol.think i picked same duck by mistake.hada use them in 3days too.pretty pants * +
