is it possible to convert mobile balance to money either cash or into a bank a/c in any part of world.if it cud happen it wud be easiest way to transfer money or to transact with money as major portion of working population has mobiles. * +

As to your question if remaining balance can be converted to a refund of money in any part of the world then at least somewhere I know the phone company can be requested to refund balance (less a fixed fee) if phone account is not used for such a long period that the account is cancelled. No request for refund is accepted if remaining balance does not exceed the mentioned (small) fee. * +

As to in what manner the payment is made I can't tell much but paying to a bank account would seem to be attractive for the sender (if a bank account is known). Your question is not well defined though so I guess YOU wouldn't get any refund. Hahaha! * +

Forgive me if I'm barking up the wrong tree here, but I think you're describing a system much like bango, and it is possible to transfer/pay for services from your mobile account balance should the provider operate a bango account - from memory Twilight uses this system to allow you to pay for video upload, and many mobile game vendors also use the system. * +

like we give money to recharge our mobile balance.that mobile balance can be sold in the market for cash. * +
