Hey. I will be in Russia very soon so i need help Pls tell me which is d best network in Russia among MTS. BEELINE or MEGAFON. (pls include reasons and how much their sim cost)... Is it true dat Russian network charge for incoming calls? *

Yes you pay for incoming calls MTS, BeeLine, and Megafon are all quite similar prices Russias BIG so if not in popular area you find black areas coverage ...there few s**tty small operators also in strange areas Expect anything if unfortunate to use there extrem limited service *
