use to get a similar prob couple years ago ,,since give them loads it hasnt happend once...last time it happened they said they couldnt refund the money or even check anything until i topped up as id activated reserve calls and locked my account i activated reserve calls so i could phone the fkerz :) * +

had this on monday. done the 450 option 1 then 2. they gave my cash back. but then it went again. so done the same. now they say i got charged 25p for callin cust care? but how the hell when i have no credit. after an hour speakin to someone. they refunded again a a good will gesture. its not good will. it was my money. they still think i used it to call them. *
