yes it is iv never had 2 pay 4 opera mini no one does, its only opera mobile 4 symbian and windows mobile phones that u have 2 pay 4. Google opera mini and click on miniopera.com 4 the latest version 4 ur phone or goto wap.getjar.com 4 version 4.1 n version 3 maybe earlier ones there also havent checked * +

I'm afraid people are talking at cross-purposes here - the Opera Mini java application itself is, and always has been free TO OBTAIN (whether modded or official). When people here are saying some versions aren't 'free' for them, they mean they can't BROWSE free with it, which is only possible with certain mods on particular networks in Africa and Asia. * +

All n i mean all opera products r free even if it wz released a minute ago.I downloaded sm opera mobile n opera mini installers,includin da nu opera 9.6 4 windows mobile into my backup memory card, all 4 free. 1s again, u dnt av 2 pay 4 opera products. * +
