i had the same problem on my 3G HSDPA data card. On the 3g signal, i never could load a page. Emailed them with details that proved their faults and where the problem lied. They fixed it in two days. I told them i dont know seven other people. I told them that the point of the email was not to volunteer to find their customers who had problems. That put them in place. * +
