It's been like this for many months, not enough netowork capacity for the number of users. It's extremely frustrating but you've always got the option to change network. * +

Regrettably, although that's a sound idea in normal circumstances, it won't help much at the moment - as mentioned above, the network is completely overloaded in the evenings. I'd change to a different provider, but only Orange let you go anywhere, O2 block sites and access points, t-mobile compress images etc. so we'll just have to hope it eases off. * +

As I've mentioned before, this is largely due to the introduction of the new Animal packages - people who've never browsed before are now spending hours on wap, but this'll change after they've gone over the limit a couple of times and daddy refuses to pay the enormous bill from chatting online at 4 quid a meg.. * +

I don't see that happening anytime soon, if the theory about the Dolphinites is correct then they're mostly using it in the evening so would take most of the month to go over any limit (not that I managed to find one despite using 120mb). I'd say MOST wappers would be better off on another network, even if only as a back-up. Personally I don't expect I'll use Orange again now I'm on 3. * +
