They started to unlock for free in February of this year. I believe on payg you have to have had the handset for 3 months before they will unlock for free. * +

No the phone does not have to be 12 months old. They will unlock it straight away even if your on a new contract. If a customer service staff tells you differently, or charges you, asked to be put through to Customer Care. * +

yes voda did change their terms in February and no the general policy was no unlocking for free. During my last 5 years with voda i have paid for all my contract and payg unlock until they changed policy in February. Since then i have had several contract handsets unlocked for free. And please take your caps lock off. *
