i currently use o2 payg for wap when i browse the 3g changes to 3.5 but i still download at 30 - 40kb is thier somethin i need to do to get the hsdpa speeds? I am using the nokia n95 8gb * +

I have a sony ericsson v640i unlocked 2 any network wiv 3g n 3g+ when i used tmobile on 3g+ downloads r very fast i can download say 2mbs wiv in seconds tho when i used o2 wiv 3g+ it took twice as long so not that gd wiv o2. * +

a 2mb takes a while with my o2 and thats hsdpa. Do you need certain settings as i use the normal pay as you go settings * +

Mines on narmal pay n go 3g+. I downloaded of fank earlier and timed some downloads 1mb tock less then 25seconds and 1 just over 2mbs was 45seconds. All networks apart frm vodafone is 3g 3g+ where i am * +

This tells u how fast my 3g+ hsdpa is on tmobile is. Ive just downloaded 50 ac/dc songs in less then 2hrs. I sugest if yr phone is unlocked id get shot of yr o2 sim and get a tmobile. * +

o2 have a policy of restricting their download speeds. It's maybe coincidental to accommodate all of their **i**phone users who get the priviledge of unlimited data usage for spending a grand on their phone. * +
