Have you tried editing your t-mobile access point? On most phones you can switch between 'secure' and 'normal' in 'security settings', this wouldn't have automatically happened when you switched over from o2 - might be worth a look before you change back. * +

Hmmm, just had a quick look at the t-mobile settings which I'd forgotten are still in the phone, and there's no proxy to delete either.. :( there were a number of issues for me with their network which is why I only tried 'em out for a few days, didn't notice the security thing at the time though. * +

its mostly been since i updated my N95 to V21 firmware. Think a phone call to t-mobile tomorrow is needed. * +

That's interesting - are you only unable to establish a secure connection via the default browser? Have you tried to access a secure site using Opera Mobile or Opera Mini? * +
