There are .swf (shockwave flash) players built into certain phones, and downloadable players for symbian/windows mobiles, but if you're asking because whilst browsing you've seen: 'this content requirers the latest Flash player' etc.and you've got an ordinary java-based phone I'm afraid you're out of luck sadly. * +

u should look 4 emtube on google/yahoo search it's an app 4 d-loading video's from youtube in flv format, * +
