I use my phone as a modem on a apple the phone connects to the net but the apple give me a cant connect to the PPP server how can i fix it ? * +

ndrau: it sounds like your settings may be wrong. Eg wrong user name or password. Check with your mobile provider what the correct settings should be. * +

When using the program wvdial in linux to configure a PPP connection, it is necessary to enter something into username and password fields even if no username or password is actually required by the mobile provider. So i usually type just the letter X or something. I know OSX aint linux, but maybe there is a similar requirement? Just an idea * +
