Im in aus and i get my bill debtd frm my account. Customer service is terrible soz theyre hard to understand and havent got much of a clue, when they shuld knw. My net was down for 5 days in my state i got no notification to say wen it was to be fixd. My bf spoke to a supervisor who was helpful and spoke english but was hard to hear. All resolvd 2day. But stil nt gud enuf. *
