Sun Microsystems www.sun.com the makers of Java runtime is one place you should look. They have Java tutorial and also Software Development Kit (SDK) for Java J2ME (the kind of Java used in mobile phones). You probably need to look at other sites too for information (and for Software for making J2ME games etc). You may learn a lot about how to do it at sites other than Sun Microsystems site. *
