Celtel hv 2 Accounts. Celtel WAP, which hv no shortcats and Celtel internet which is excellent. Use Celtel internet with browsers like opera mini and dont use Socket Networks. U can dwnload n browse da net almost freely. Note, ur phone must hv this feture of choosing Account from the same settings. eg, Nokia's etc. Or contact ur customerCare 2 configure ur phone. NB'. Celtel wap is not working well in my area, and it does not support app in some phones. I enjoy almost free gprs with Celtel i *
