Well yeah, of course I had to provide my name and stuff , but I'd tried doing it via their wap and website and even though I had a valid card with me the system couldn't recognize the details, so I rang 'em, and as I said - they just ran me through the details of why the content lock is there, all sites viewed at my own risk etc. Took about 5 minutes and they spoke English too.. * +

Glad you're sorted @deadpunk. I said the same thing in another topic months ago, but nobody believed it, principally because the other networks are so strict about it I guess. Plus they know that Garion has the WSTV (Worlds Sexiest Telephone Voice, tm) and may have suspected I'd used it... :) *
