Public proxys... Within your network provided internet settings there is a given ip adress, now if you put up your personal configuration settings you can put in any ip/proxy address there. Are you guys using the network default or a public one? * +

Is the OP talking about using a proxy when surfing the net with a computer? If so, and if the OP wants to use a proxy to anonymize his/her net activity, it's very easy to find proxies. A google search for ANONYMOUS PROXY SERVERS will turn up hundreds of sites that carry lists of available proxy servers. Then its just a case of putting the proxy's details into your browser.
